The crystals sparkles as you walk by.

I like to carry the theme onto the back.

I have finished the details.I like most of it,but it seems to wave,DD says it has motion of fire.I have not tried to iron it.

Thinking ahead

I prefer to keep my attention on the project in the works but,I have pulled from my stash and done an experiment on organza using a heat gun and burning incense(I don't have a soldering iron-yet)the heat gun shrank and scorched,the incense offered a more controlled burn.

What I'm working on: Passion's Fire

I combined my painted fabric to focus on the open area,how about a fire applique,even better thread lace seen front to back.Quilting to highlight the flames and smoke surrounding.Next the lace applique.Now I'm doing bead sparks,it feels like forever.The details of crystals,applique,sleeve and lable will complete this art quilt.Well I'm still no good at this blogging,sorry-better luck next time,I doubt it.

Among Friends

I have visited the art quilters ring many times.After about two days absent I have to check in to follow how others are using their creative energies,how the kids and pets are bringing joy to us,how spouses are doing the chores to allow more time to devote to the art,what distant or not so distant place is being traveled to.I egerly await the return of my fave artist when they are unable to blog.I come to you knowing that I can put myself before you and you will give me what I need because I am among friends.Because I am new to blogger bare with me as I struggle along with html,url,link,ect. You all make it look so easy.
